Our Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down last week when we were in the left turn lane near and intersection in Kirkland. The jeep had died, we put it in park and tried to start it again. It wouldn’t start and we could smell burning coming from under the hood. We immediately call AAA and they sent out Gerardo from Alo’s Towing. He was amazing. He put out cones to get traffic flowing around us and got into position to tow our jeep. The problem was, we couldn’t get the jeep into neutral. We called our dealer to get help, but it went to voice-mail. In the meantime, Gerardo looked up on YouTube and found an emergency release. He was able to then get the jeep into neutral and lift it onto the truck. That is going above and beyond. We can’t thank him enough. That is great customer service!!!

My SUV died in my garage on 2 different occasions and both times Ubaldo came out to help me.
The first time, he was able to jump start my car so I didn’t end up needing the tow (which was great because the AAA service provider that came out ahead of Ubaldo wasn’t able to jump start.)
The 2nd time the car died in my garage a week later and Ubaldo came out again to help. He tried jump starting but had no luck. So he carefully and skillfully pulled my dead car out of our garage (that is at the end of a downward sloped driveway), loaded it onto the flatbed, and took me along with him to the shop.
Ubaldo is very kind, knowledgeable and generous!
He did his best to help troubleshoot in an effort to avoid towing at all.
But when it was clear a tow was in fact needed, he handled my car so carefully and reviewed the situation with the mechanics once at the shop as well.

I was struggling to get a vehicle with a frustrating paperwork trail picked up with Pick-n-Pull, and Gerardo ended up having to meet me multiple times before the issue was settled. Each time he was professional, kind, and understanding with the situation even though I ended up wasting his time. You’re killing it man, thank you.

My truck and trailer were stuck in an up hill drive way and thank you to Alo’s towing he was able to help us right away. I definitely recommend. If we are ever in need I know who I can trust to help me out!

My Mazda Miata broke down last week and about 30 minutes after I called AAA, a tow truck showed up and towed my car home. Shout-out to Ubaldo for a great job.
